Council has engaged Dr Joseph Drew, an Associate Professor of Public Policy and Local GUNDAGAI SWIMMING POOL - Gundagai Pool is scheduled to close for the swimming Government from the University of Technology Sydney. Dr Drew is developing a series of season on Sunday 15 March 2020. CHANGED TRAFFIC CONDITIONS ON OLYMPIC HIGHWAY NEAR COOTAMUNDRA-The Olympic Highway at The Gap, three kilometres south of Cootamundra will be closed on Tuesday 25th February between 7am and 6pm while drainage is upgraded as part of a project to improve safety. Vehicles will be detoured via the Hi-Vehicle Bypass using Dirnaseer Road, Suttons Lane, Old Cootamundra Road and Stockinbingal Road, adding up to 10 minutes travel time to journeys on these days. Outside of these closures, work will continue between 7am and 6pm weekdays under single lane road closures and reduced speed limits. The safety upgrade, which includes rebuilding the road surface, improving drainage and safety barriers, is expected to be completed by Thursday 30 April 2020, weather permitting. Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control. Transport for NSw thanks motorists for their patience during this time.
